conflict with the new or revised plan or plans approved or ordered, no longer be binding <br />upon the Employer. <br />In the event that the City and other bargaining units fail to agree to the establishment of <br />the Employee Heatth Care Commiuee set forth above, the Employer and the Association shall <br />meet to negotiate new Health Caze provisions. Should the Employer and the Association not <br />come to mutual agreement, the issue of Health care coverage shall be submitted to binding <br />conciliation under the O. R. C. 4117. <br />ARTICLE XX <br />APPENDICEa AND AMENDMENTS <br />All appendices and amendments to this Agreement shall be numbered (or lettered), dated and <br />signed by the Employer end the Association and shall be subject to all provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />ARTICLE XXI <br />SUCCESSORS <br />This Agreement shall be binding upan successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and no provisions, <br />terms, or obligations herein contained shali be affected, modified, altered, or changed in any respect <br />whatsoever by the consoiidarion, merger, annexation, transfer, or assignrnent of either party hereto, or by <br />any change geographically ar othetwise in the loca#ion or place of business of either party. <br />36
