. 0 <br />ARTICLE XXXV <br />PERSONNEL RECORDS <br />35.1 The Employer shall maintain an individual official personnel file for each Employee. The official <br />personnel file sha11 be located in the office of the Fire Chief. Employees shall be permitted to <br />inspect their individual personnel file during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; <br />Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) by giving reasonable notice <br />and request to inspect said individual personnel file to the Fire Chief. Should the Fire Chief not be <br />available at the requested time, he shall schedule a time mutually agreeable between himself and <br />the Employee. During the inspection of the official file, the Employee may have one (1) <br />representative present. The Employer may have one (1) representarive present at the time the <br />official personnel file is being inspected by the Employee. <br />35.2 Subject to the provisions of Ohio's public records laws, only the Fire Chiet his confidential <br />Secretary, the Assistant Fire Chief and the Employee shail have access to the personnel file, <br />except other City Officials may have access and inspect the personnel file as needed to perform <br />the functions of their office. <br />ARTICLE XXXVI <br />LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br />36.1 In the interest of sound Labor/Management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, once each <br />quarter on a mutually agreeabte day and time, up to three (3) of the Employer's Representatives <br />shall meet with up to three (3) Association Representatives to discuss pending problems or issues <br />of concern and to promote a more harmonious Labor/Management relationship. The Mayor shall <br />be present when his participation is necessary to resolve an agenda item. <br />51
