<br />Resolution No. 2004-19 <br />5ECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of <br />this City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective <br />so that the City may accept the grant within the County's time deadline which is less than thirty <br />days from introduction of this legislation before Council; and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED',, <br />ATTEST.• <br />a <br />?
