<br />Ordinance No. 2004-2 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a <br />contract with providing for computer consulting <br />services pending appointment of a new Data Processing Commissioner. Said contract <br />shall be for a term that does not exceed ninety (90) days. Council hereby authorizes the <br />expenditure of funds for this contract in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand <br />Dollars ($15,000.00). <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency mea.sure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately <br />because the City requires computer consulting services on and after January 9, 2004, <br />which is the last day of employment for the current Data Processing Commissioner, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: I? a t?_ _ <br />Second Reading: ?
