Ordinance No. 2004-22 WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize and direct the crediting of all revenues received from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings in the year 2004, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," to the General Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council hereby authorizes and directs that all revenues received in the year 2004 from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings to residents, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," created pwsuant to Ordinance No. 2002-103, be credited instead to the General Fund. SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to credit all revenues received in the year 2004 from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," to the General Fund. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared ta be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of this City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective so that the City may timely adopt a lawful permanent appropriations ordinance for the year 2004; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect an'd be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
