<br /> <br />City of North Olmsted - Part One RFP Background Information 22 <br />Fit Anal sis <br />After executing the contract; but before commencing with the installation, the <br />final Proposer will expand the pre-fit analysis process to develop a"fit analysis" <br />document to be signed by both parties as the final mutual understanding of the <br />software requirements. This process is to be included in the Proposal price. <br />Conversion Process <br />The selected Proposer is expected to provide: <br />A. Fit analysis of data for conversion purposes <br />B. Test converted data - with user sign off <br />C. Update converted data <br />D. Install required equipment <br />E. Run conversion programs <br />F. Validate conversion process - with user sign off <br />G. Input data from manual records <br />Im lementation <br />The selected Proposer is expected to: <br />A. Prepare sites for installation <br />B. Prepare specifications for wiring, cabling & modem connections <br />(The City will install the wiring and cabling) <br />C. Install required equipment and track serial numbers, to be given to <br />City staff <br />D. Process maintenance agreements <br />E. Test interfaces of old & new equipment <br />F. Install new software on the production machine <br />G. Perform parallel testing <br />H. Perform final system test (prior to final payments) <br />1. Participate in acceptance testing <br />J. Manage the commencement of operations <br />K. Verify documentation includes all new modifications <br />L. Verify fit analysis and training hours <br />M. Participate in maintaining Steering Coinmittee meetings to nZanage . <br />installation process <br />N. Provide Disaster Planning for Hardware, Software and Data <br />0. Provide user training (software and hardware) <br />Train the City's end-users in two phases. The initial phase will consist <br />the core financial and personnel staff, and the second phase will be for <br />the deployment of the system to all of the other defined City end-users. <br />? ?????
