Effective January l, 2001 and through the life of this Agreement, all bargaining unit <br />members holding the rank of Lieutenant shall maintain a ten and one half (10.5%) percent <br />differential between their base rate of pay and the base rate of pay of the highest paid bargaining <br />unit member holding the rank of Sergeant. <br />7.6 Effective January 1, 2001 and through the life of this Agreement, all bargaining unit <br />members holding rank of Captain shall maintain a ten and one half (10.5%) percent differential <br />between their base rate of pay and the base rate of pay of the highest paid bargaining unit xnember <br />holding the rank of Lieutenant. <br />7.7 Detective Bureau Pay: Any full-time employee sha.ll, while on duty as a plain clothes <br />Detective or Juvenile Officer, be paid additional compensation at the rate of $1,700.00 for the life <br />of the contract. <br />7.8 Evidence Technician/Field Training Officer's Pay: Any bargaining unit member shall, <br />while on duty as an Evidence Technician and/or Field Training Officer shall be paid additional <br />compensation at the rate of $800.00 for the life of the contract. Compensation shall be paid upon <br />assignment to the position. <br />7.09 S.W.A.T./Bomb Technicians: Any bargaining unit member who is assigned to the <br />S.W.A.T. and/or Bomb Technician Units shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of <br />Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) annually for the duration of this Agreement.
