7.3 Effective 3anuary 1, 2006, alt Corrections Officers shall receivc a four and one-half <br />percent (4.5%) wage increase which will amount to a minimum of sixty-five percent (65%) <br />percent of the negotiated wages of year one (1) through year five (5) of the Police Off-icer's <br />Union Contract calendar year, and will be paid bi-weekly as listed. <br />2006 Bi-weekly Hourly <br />Corrections Officer-First Year 1,042.40 13.03 <br />Corrections Officer-Second Year 1,125.60 14.07 <br />Conections Off'icer-Third Year 1,208.00 15.10 <br />Corrections Officer-Fourth Year 1,289.60 16.12 <br />Corrections Officer-Fifth Year 1,420.00 17.75 <br />7.4 Shift differentiai: Effective 3anuary l, 2004, aIt bargaining unit members shali <br />receive a shift differential in the amount of $35 cents per hour for the years 2004, 2005 and <br />2006. Shift differential shall be paid to bargaining unit members assigned to the second (1600 to <br />2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively. <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.1 All full-time Corrections Officers hired prior to December 31, 1994, sha.ll receive <br />additional compensation, such addition compensation is a follows: <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 750.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />11
