For the purpose of computing the length of full-time service, for the purpose of <br />calculating additional compensation; no service credit shall be given for part-time or full-time <br />service outside of this bargaining unit. [Current members Hardy/Johnson aze grandfathered in] <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />HOLIDAYS <br />9.1 All bargaining unit members sha.ll be entitled to certain holidays during the yeaz <br />and sYiall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Chief of <br />Police. In the event the bargaining unit member either works or was not scheduled to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the bargaining unit <br />member shall receive another day off from work for reasons other than holiday leave. The <br />scheduled holidays are as follows: <br />NE W YEAR'S DAY <br />PRESIDENT'S DAY <br />EASTER SUNDAY <br />MEMORIAL DAY <br />JULY FOURTH <br />LABOR DAY <br />THANKSGIVING DAY <br />CHRISTNIAS DAY <br />VETERAN'S DAY <br />EMPLOYEE'S BIRTHDAY <br />EMPLOYEE'S PERSONAL DAY <br />GOOD FRIDAY <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />VACATIONS <br />10.1 All full-time employees of the Police Department shall be entitled to a <br />vacation with pay, in accordance with the following schedule: <br />Lenath of Service <br />After one (1) year <br />After two (2) years <br />After three (3) years <br />After four (4) years <br />Weeks To Be Taken <br />Two (2) Second (2nd) <br />Two (2) Third (3ra) <br />Two (2) Fourth (4`h) <br />Two (2) Fifth (5`h) <br /> 12
