LETTER OF iJNDERSTANDING <br />The parties agree that as a matter of policy the City has agreed that it is the obligation of the eity <br />to provide members of the bargaining unit with Body Armor. The parties have agreed to provide the <br />same by virtue of Article 26 of the Agreement. As a matter of equity the City recognizes each of the <br />members of the Collective Bargaining Unit have purchased the saxne with their own funds and it is the <br />desire of tne City to reimburse each member in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00) for said <br />Body Armor.
