5.2 Compensation for regularly scheduled eight (8) hour days shall be at the <br />straight-time rate of pay. <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />OVERTIME/EXTRA DUTY/CALL OUT <br />6.1 All full-time employees shall be paid one and one-half (1'/2) times their regular <br />rate of pay for all hours required to be worked in excess of the wark day or week as defined in <br />Section 5.1. <br />6.2 Any employee who qualifies for overtime by virtue of the provisions of Section 1 <br />hereof shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours when required to report for extra duty over and <br />above his regulaz work day and work week. Such an employee sha.ll also be paid a minimum of <br />two (2) hours for appearance at the Rocky River Municipal Court. A minimurn of four (4) hours <br />for appearance at the Grand Jury, Common Pleas Court or Juvenile Court when the same are <br />required, and are also at a time other than the employee's regular work tour. The compensation <br />for the aforesaid hours will be at time and one-half (1 %z) . <br />6.3 Any time a bargaining unit member below the rank sergeant is required to <br />temporarily take charge of a shift command, such bargaining unit rnember shall be paid a <br />premium of one-ha.lf (%z) additional hours at a straight time rate for each four (4) hours he is <br />required to be in command. <br />7
