,. ? .? .? <br />(b) The position of Clerk of Commissions for the City is hereby <br />declared to be a full-time administrative position. The Clerk of Commissions <br />shall be accountable to the Mayor. <br />(c) The Clerk of Commissions shall be required to attend a11 meetings, <br />prepare and type minutes of such meetings, and perform other duties consistent <br />with expediting the duties performed by the various City boards and commissions. <br />The Mayor may from time to time require additional duties. <br />"143.02 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COMM5SIONS. <br />(a) There is hereby created the position of Assistant Clerk of <br />Commissions. <br />(b) The Mayor shall appoint and remove the Assistant Clerk of <br />Commissions. The position shall be full-time. The compensation for the <br />Assistant Clerk of Commissions shall be set by the Mayor within a range, or no <br />greater than the amount, established by Council. <br />(c) The Assistant Clerk of Commissions shall assist, and work under <br />the direction of, the Clerk of Commissions in the performance of the latter's <br />duties as set forth in Section 143.01." <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, READ IN THEIR ENTIRETY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />"143.01 CLERK OF CONIlVIISSIONS. <br />(a) There is hereby created the full-time position of Clerk of <br />Commissions, which shall be appointed by and be answerable to the Director of <br />Planning. <br />(b) The Clerk of Commissions shall be required to attend all meetings, <br />prepare and type minutes of such meetings, and perform other duties consistent <br />with expediting the duties performed by the various City boards and commissions. <br />The Director of Planning may from time to time require the Clerk of <br />Commissions to perform additional duties consistent with the position. <br />"143.02 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COMIVIISSIONS. <br />(a) There is hereby created the full-time position of Assistant Clerk of <br />Commissions, which shall be appointed by and be answerable to the Director of <br />Planning. <br />(b) The Assistant Clerk of Commissions shall assist the Clerk of <br />Commissions, as directed by Director of Planning, in performing the duties set <br />forth in Section 143.01(b). The Director of Planning may from time to time <br />require the Assistant Clerk to perform additional duties consistent with the <br />position." <br />2 <br />
