<br />SECTION 2: That there is hereby created new Section 179.04 of Chapter 179 <br />("Department of Planning") of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which in its entirety shall read as follows: <br />179.04 SECRETARY TO DIltECTOR OF PLANNING. <br />(a) There is hereby created the full-time position of Secretary to the <br />Director of Planning, which shall be appointed by and be answerable to the <br />Director of Planning. The Secretary to the Director of Planning shall have the <br />qualifications of a Secretary I and shall perform the duties of a Secretary I as <br />required and directed by the Director of Planning." <br />SECTION 3: That any Ordinance or any part of any Ordinance, inconsistent or in <br />conflict with this Ordinance is, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, hereby <br />repealed. <br />5ECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so that the <br />Department of Planning and the City's boards and commissions may continue to receive the staff <br />support they require in order to perform duties that axe vital to the health, safety and welfare of <br />the community, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />, . <br />PASSED: <br />r? <br />?; TT:,????..?. <br />BARBARA L.
