M. Work days, hours worked per day, part-time or full-time status of the Mayor's Administrative <br />Assistant shall be determined as deemed appropriate by the Mayor." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance no. 2003-138, as most recently amended by Ordinance No. 2004-45, is <br />hereby amended, as set forth below in the sections below; new Section 10, as set forth below, is hereby created in <br />order to establish the compensation rate ranges for the existing positions of Clerk of Commissions and Assistant Clerk <br />of Commissions now under the Department of Planning, and all other sections of the Compensation Rate Range <br />Ordinance are accordingly renumbered, as set forth below, to reflect the creation of a section setting forth <br />compensation rate ranges for personnel in the Department of Planning. <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established: <br />"SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel <br />of the City of North Olmsted.
