Job descriptions and responsibilities are different between the two operations. <br />Effective upon ratifica.tion, each full-time bargaining unit employee, who was employed by NOMBL <br />on August 1, 2003, shall receive a one time lump sum wage increase of $900.00. Said increase shall not <br />become a part of the employee's base hourly rate. This payment will be made in the normal bi-weekly <br />paycheck of each such employee. <br />Full-time employees will receive wage increase as indicated below: <br />A) Effective 2/ 1 J2004 ---- 1% <br />B) Effective 8/1/2004 ---- 1% <br />C) Effective 2/1/2005 ---- 2% <br />D) Effective 8/1/2005 ---- 1% <br />E) Effective 2/1/2006 ---- 3% <br />See atta.ched Exhibits A-1 to A-5, which set forth the wage schedules. The exhibits will be distributed to <br />all full-time employees after verification of the ra.tes is received from the Greater Cleveland RTA for each <br />specific increase. <br />Section 34.O1a A new Pay Rate Classification will be established to operate Community and/or <br />Neighborhood based services. These services will be initially operated in a fixed route/fixed schedule <br />mode, however the service may eventually provide routings that are more responsive to its patrons travel <br />patterns. These services will be operated as Community Circulator service and all hours worked by an <br />operator on these services whether it be for a full day or a partial day; will be paid at a percentage of the <br />top Bus Operator rate; as specified for Greater Cleveland RTA, Community Circulator Operators. The <br />Employer shall minimize the daily number of different operators scheduled to work Community <br />Circulator routes, wherever this is pra.cticable and provides for efficient operator scheduling. Hours <br />worked by an operator on non-Community Circulator routes shall be paid based upon the schedule for a <br />Regular Operator. The Community Circulator Operator Hourly Rates are listed in the schedules. The <br />Empioyer shall pay an operator scheduled to work a Community Circulator Service rates for Vacation, <br />Holiday, Personal and Sick time as follows: <br />a. Vacation, 3 Floating and Anniversary and Birthday Holidays - Time off will be paid at regular <br />bus wages. <br />b. All other Holidays as defined in Articles 25 and 26, Sick Leave and Sick Leave Reduction- If <br />31
