Ordinance No. 2004-63 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this ordinance go <br />into effect immediately so that there is no lapse in the maintenance caverage for the ICES system <br />and the IPAC Pocket components, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passa.ge and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? ? ?
