Ordinance No. 2004-66 <br />(1) Bowling alleys <br />(m) Mortuaries <br />(n) Administrative offices <br />Business (Small Develonment <br />6 per lane. <br />30 per 1,000 square feet of <br />assembly rooms, or 1 for <br />each 4 seats, whichever <br />requires the greater <br />number <br />4 per 1,000 square feet <br />of floor area <br />The following schedule shall apply if a development comprises less than 12,000 <br />square feet of building area: <br />(o) Medical and dental offices 5 per each doctor and each <br />and clinics dentist <br />(p) Furniture, appliance, 3.5 per 1,000 square feet <br />equipment and wholesale of floor area <br />stores <br />(q) Retail stores, banks, 5 per 1,000 square feet of <br />service establishments floor area of ground floor; <br />(r) Eating places, bars, <br />taverns <br />(s) Service station/minimart <br />(t) Auto agency <br />(u) Offce <br />3 per 1,000 squaxe feet af <br />upper floors <br />20 per 1,000 square feet of <br />floor area or 1 for each 2 <br />seats, whichever requires <br />the greater number <br />1 per employee plus 5 per <br />1,000 square feet of floor <br />area <br />2.5 per 1,000 square feet <br />of customer area plus 1 for <br />each employee <br />3.5 per 1,000 square feet <br />of floor area <br />(v) Auto service center 4 per each service bay <br />Business (Large Unit Development) <br />The following schedule shall apply if a development comprises 12,000 square <br />feet or more of building area and includes a cornbination of the following uses: <br />(w) All types of retail stores, 6.5 per 1,000 square feet <br />offices, services, eating of floor area <br />places, bars, taverns, etc. <br />Service and Industrial <br />(x) General services, <br />laboratories, storage <br />machine shops and similar <br />establishments <br />(y) Manufacturing plants <br />3 <br />1 per emptoyee on the two <br />largest successive shifts <br />plus adequate spaces for <br />visitors as determined by <br />the Building OfFicial <br />1 per employee on the two <br />largest successive shifts <br />plus adequate spaces for <br />visitors as determined by <br />the Building Official <br />
