2. Experience in providing information systems consulting services for projects <br />similar to and larger than the City's project including identification and <br />description of projects within the previous five years, timeliness of performance <br />and outcome; <br />Education and experience of a11 staffwho will be involved in the Project; <br />4. List of services offered by your firm; <br />5. Firm's general and professional liability insurance and financial responsibility; <br />6. List any pending or current legal proceedings such as mediation, axbitration or <br />suits; <br />7. References especially in government related systems. <br />B. Cost of Services including, but not limited to, hours and cost by task listed in <br />Section VI. Scope of Services by level of personnel to perform the work <br />C. Date for Completion by task <br />VIII. CONSIDERATION OF PROPQSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Proposer's <br />expense. <br />B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be <br />listed separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no <br />liability whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the <br />Proposer and the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and <br />until an Agreement covering all conditions and provisions of the Information <br />Systems Consulting Services has been reduced to writing, executed by both the <br />successful Proposer and the City and attachment of the appropriate certificates. <br />F. Along with the other criteria contained in the Godified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, the following criteria will be usEd to select the <br />successful Proposer: <br />1. Understanding of the Project based on narratives containea in the RFP. <br />2. Experience of the Proposer to perform information system consulting <br />services with similar projects having comparable facilities based upon the <br />magnitude and nature of the similar project. <br />6 <br />
