3. Experience of personnel who are to be assigned to the Project by the Proposer as evidenced in resumes attached to its proposal and, if completed by the City, post-proposal interviews. 4. Experience with other projects of the City of North Olmsted. 5. The Proposer's demonstration of its ability to perform the requested services based on narratives contained in the RFP. IX. REJECTION OF PROPOSALS The City of North Olmsted, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or atl proposals, to waive informality in any proposals, and to hold a11 proposals for a period of sixty (60) days before acceptance. The Information Systems Consulting firms whose proposals are not accepted will be notified after a binding contractual agreement between the City and an Information Systems Consulting Firm exists or if the City reject a11 proposals. X. ORAL PRESENTATIONS An oral presentation by one or more of the Proposers may be requested after the Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. Each Proposer should be prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the proposal submitted. The receipt of a copy of this RFP by a firm and a submission of a written proposal by the firm does not constitute an obligation of the City to grant and/or conduct an oral presentation to each and every Proposer. XI. MODIFICATION OF CRITERIA, PROCEDURE, AND TERMS This RFP sets forth the intent of the City as to the procedure and criteria by which the Information Systems Consulting Services Firm will be selected and what will be the terms of the Agreement between the City and the successful Proposer. Except as required by statute, the City reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this procedure and criteria by which the Information Systems Consulting Services Firm will be selected and the terms of the Agreement up to the execution of an Agreement. XII. CLARIFICATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSALS The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to have any Proposer clarify or supplement its proposal, including through direct contact with one or more Proposers after Praposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. 7
