<br />Resolution No. 2004-84 <br />SECTION 3; That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />irnmediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately in order to <br />perform timely maintenance and inspection of equipment which affect the delivery of <br />services to the public, and fiirther provided it receives the affrmative vote of two-thirds of <br />a11 rnembers of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?
