All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fiuid set up for the Parks and Recreation Department and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Parks and Recreation Department. SECTION 7: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons therefore to the Recreation Conunittee of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Ohnsted for approval. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation sball, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation may deduct expenses and pay to a sponsoring organization no more than 500/o of the spectator admission chac'ges derived from their event, or in lieu of the gate amangement, rnay deternrine a flat fee compensation to offset rental fees and additional expenses or loss of revenue incurred. The Parks and Recreation Commissioner may waive rental, admissioq and/or other fees for the North Olmsted School District for the purpose providing practice and game facilities for athletic teams. The athletic teams use of facilities will be in time slots designed to minimize loss of revenue and is provided in return for free use of North Olmsted School District gymnasiums and facilities for Park and Recreation Department progmmning. Rental fees of facilities for athletic contests may be waived, however gate receipts will be retained unless provided for above.
