Identification cards shall be issued by the Parks and Recreation Department and shall include the <br />name, phone number, and picture of the cardholder. <br />B. Fees for processing of these identification cards shall be $1.00 per card to be renewed on an <br />annual basis. Replacement of an identification card shall have a fee of $35 and each additional <br />card required for a family of more than five members shall have a$.50 fee. <br />C. The Parks and Recreation Commissioner shall establish times that identification cards are <br />available for purchase and an appropriate registration form. To obtain a resident identification <br />card proof of residency must be verified through a current voters registration card, land tax <br />statement, or other means of verification as approved by the Parks and Recreation Commissioner. <br />Children shall be verified by their parents or legal guardian. <br />D. For all resident fees included in this ordinance, a resident shall show their <br />identification card to receive the appropriate resident rate at the time of payment. <br />Resident non-card holders and non-card carriers shall be charged the non-resident fee in all cases. <br />
