<br />'Resolution No. 2004-86 <br />hereinafter made as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the <br />Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the <br />City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the agreement by the Mayor and the <br />approval of the agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Council declares that sufficient funds have been appropriated for <br />the expenditures relating to the subject Agreement in the amount of Forty-Eight T'housand Five <br />Hundred Fifty-Four ($48,554.00) and hereby authorizes the expenditure of said funds by the <br />Director of Finance to SBC that are consistent with the provisions of the subject Agreement. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declazed to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public heaith, safety and welfare, and for the <br />reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately so that the police may <br />purchase the updated 911 system and police response time for 911 emergencies may improved at <br />the earliest possible date, and further provided that it is approved by two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />ti <br />? <br />PASSED: ?L-?--?--?
