" ltesolution No. 2004-90 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfaxe of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this resolution go <br />into effect immediately because the current contract providing for this vital service to the police <br />department expires on June 30, 2004, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />( <br />First Reading: 4, ?/ <br />Second Reading: D <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATTESK <br />BARBARA L.
