The cycle menus must be submitted 30 days prior to the <br />bep nntng of a menu cycle. <br />14, Ac,rnnnt;ng Reccsrds, The Contractor agrees to maintain its accounts and documents so <br />as to readily pezrnit the determinatian af the statizs of the cost of services rendered under this <br />Agreement at any time and to have such infomzation readily available for examination by <br />Contractor auditors or Agency representatives. Tne Contractor agrees to maintain supporting <br />docuxnents so as to pernzit the determination of the status of cash, accnzal alzd in-l,:ind transactions <br />wluch are used as a match for the Contractor's Tit1e III fznds. If the CQntractor reeeives funds to <br />administer activities not covered under this agreement, the Contractor agrees to develop and <br />maintain documentation describing the method used to allocate any Iine-item costs that are shared <br />by the Title III servica(s) and ofher such activity and to have such information readily available for <br />examination by Connactor auditors or Agency representatives. <br />11, PmQ:am TncnrnP.
