Secretary 1 (salary range, but not authority to determine the Secretary's <br />salary, is the same as established in 5ection 4) <br />SECTION 4: That the salary for nonbargaining unit Secretary I and Secretary II full and part time positions shai( <br />be determined by the Mayor, Director and/or Division Leader and be no greater than the highest step of the <br />collective bargaining agreement for the respective positions plus 2.5%. <br />SECTION 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of <br />Council. The salaries in this section shali be determined by the President of Council as appropriate. <br />FR4M TO <br />2001 2002 2003 <br />A. Cferk of Council 22,235 38,239 39,386 40,568 Annually <br />B. Temporary Clerk of Councit shall receive $15 per hour, per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting. <br />SEC?TION 6: That the following salary ranges are hereby estab(ished for various employees empioyed in the <br />Department of Public Service and Properties, as well as Public Works Division.
