CONTRACT FOR SERVICES This Contract is made this _ da.y of , 2002, in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, between the City of North Olmsted, an Ohio municipal corporation ("the Cit}?'), and Jeff Marshall, d.b. a. Jeff Marshall, Inc., 8312 Pineway Drive, Olmsted Falls, Ohio, Federal I.D. Number 34-1791053 ("the Contractar"). The Parties hereto have agreed to the terms, covenants, and conditions as set forth in this Contract in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth below as follows: Section I Nature of and Place of Services The City hereby agrees to contract with the Contractor, and the Contrtractor does hereby agree to contract with the City, for the purpose of enabling the Contractor to provide services to the City as the Ice-Skating Co-Ordinator at the North Olrnsted Recreation Complex. Subject to the provisions af this Contract, and in accordance with the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and the Rules and Regulations of the North Olmsted Recreation Gomplex, Contractor shall administer and promote a program of ice skating inshuction at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, and shall perform all of the duties as set forth in this Contract, as well as those duties which are customarily performed by one holding such a position. The City and the Contractor acknowledge and agree that Contractor is not an employee of the City of North Olmsted, and is not entitled to any benefits, whether arising by virtue of federal, state or local law, to which employees of the City of North Olmsted are ernitled. Contractor's relationship with the City is strictly contractual, and is exclusively defined by the terms and conditions of this CoYrtract.
