Section II <br />Manner of Performance of Services <br />Contractor agrees to perform, at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his <br />ahility, experience, and talent, all of the duties required of him pursuant to the terms and conditions <br />af this Corrtract, to the reasanable satisfaction of the City. Such duties sha11 be rendered at the North <br />Olmsted Recreation Complex, and at such other place or places as the Crty may, reasonably and in <br />good faith, require of Corrtractor. <br />The duties and responsibilities of Contractor under this Contract are as follows: <br />Operate classes and provide skating instruction for students only during hows <br />approved by the Recreation Complex management. <br />2. Perform a11 duties and responsibilities of programming skating instnuctions, subject <br />to obtaining approval for all programs from the City's Recreation Commission prior <br />to the public release of any information on any proposed program. The City shall <br />not unreasonably delay its approval of any proposed program. <br />3. Provide necessary information to the City to register, organize, and advertise classes <br />and programs conducted or supervised by Contractor. Such information will include <br />class length, time, cost, and other details relative to the promotion of the classes and <br />programs. <br />4. Recommend the hiring and firing of qualified class instructors at the direction and <br />under the control of the Ice Rink Supervisor. <br />Provide supervision of instructors, including training of both paid and volunteer <br />instructors. <br />6. Provide the City with recommendations for the establishmern of policies and <br />procedures for registration restricrion upon any ice skating programs, including <br />directions on the implementation of rules and regulations for participation in classes, <br />lessons or activities, as well as limitations upon unregistered or improperly <br />registered persons. <br />7. Work directly with the Ice Rink Supervisor on promotians for the skating program. <br />8. Perform other duties as directed by the City or as emergency circumstances may <br />warrant and which are reasonable and necessary to fulfill the express duties and <br />responsibilities set forth abave. <br />2 <br />. .? , ??.? .?rf..?? ? ... .... <br />. .,,? ?? ?-???,? :??•??? .? .,-? ,.
