The insurance coverage to be provided and the annual premium amounts <br />authorized by this Council to be paid for said coverage are set forth in the proposal from <br />the Municipal Insurance Alliance, which is attached hereta as "Exhibit A" and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately so <br />that it may be effective in time to so that the City may renew its insurance policies which <br />expire on October 16, 2002, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of a11 members of Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST.• <br />? ,?i?i(??C-bt/l..Ol_. ? + '? ?"Yl?`a??_..l <br />u-a L.
