Ordinance No. 2002-140 <br />SECTION Z: That any Ordinance, or part of any Ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent <br />with any provision of this Ordinance is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and for the further reason that it is necessary that Ordinance <br />immediately go into effect so a certain permanent city employee, whose second year of call-up duty <br />to fight terrorism pursuant to executive order of the President commences on November 8, may <br />receive the benefits of this Ordinance, and further provided it receives the a.ff rmative vote of two- <br />thirds of a11 members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approvat by the Mayor <br />, <br />PASSED: a0 D?
