In addition, no pets belonging to employees of the traveting public <br />show or carnival will be permitted within the public areas, except such animals as might <br />be an integral part of the traveling public show or carnival." <br />SECTION Z: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent <br />with this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so that <br />the City can demand greater insurance coverage of the operators of the traveling shows or <br />carnivals present in North Olmsted in time for the August 2002 Homecoming, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: I ? ?d- o <br />ATTEST.• <br />/ ?"` ?4'`? <br />t` <br />? <br />BARBARA L.
