Members of the "WE CARE" Program, which includes all City of North Olmsted <br />employees and their families; members of Council and their families and Board and <br />Commission members and their families shall be entitled to the following privileges: <br />Employees shall receive free admission to the open skate and open swim sessions <br />at the Recreation Center and to the open basketball and open volleyball programs <br />as they are offered. <br />When family members accompany an employee and enter and pay jointly, the employee's <br />party will receive a discount. That discount will be the appropriate cost of the resident rate <br />minus 20%. For example, family rate (4 members) at a$6.00 minus $1.20 would be $4.80. <br />Employees and family members receive a 20% discount off the cost of the resident rate for <br />the following: <br />Learn to Swim Children's Softball/T-ball <br />North Olmsted Skating Academy Playground Program <br />Pre-School Exercise Classes Aqua Aerobics <br />Adult Exercise Classes Gymnastics Lessons <br />Employees and family members may receive free admission or discounts to special classes, <br />clinics, and events established for the employees of the City. <br />Employees will receive $1.00 offthe cost of the resident rate for tennis court rentals, <br />excluding permanent court time and leagues and limited to September 1 through May 31. <br />Employees will receive a 20% discount on most Pro Shop items and a 10% discount will <br />apply to skates, shoes, and hockey sticks. No discount will be given for sale or close-out <br />items. <br />The policies covering the "WE CARE" Program are as follows <br />1.) Employees must present and show a City ofNorth Olmsted identification card or <br />cunent pay stub for all transactions. <br />2.) Discounts will be rounded off. <br />3.) Discounts do not apply to skate rental or concession. <br />4.) Privileges may be revoked by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation. <br />SECTION 2: That the basic fees for the use of the Tennis Facilities shall be follows: <br />A.
