SECTION XiX - OHIO ETHICS LAW REQUIR.EMENTS The LPA shatl adhere tv the requiremcnts of Ohio ethics law as provided by Section 102.04 of the Ohio Revised Code in the same mannar as if its aff cials were State officials and its employees were State emplo}ces. SEC'TIUN XX - DRUGFREE WORK PLACE The LPA agrees to comply with all applicable State and Federal iaw regarding a drug-free work place. The I.PA shall make a good faith effort to ensure that its employees will not purchase, transfer, usa, or possess illegal drugs, or abuse prescription drugs in aiay way. SFCTION XXI - EQ3TAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTU1vITY In canying out this Agreement, the LPA shsll not discriminate against any employee or applicant for emplayment because of raca, religion, color, sex, sexual arient2tion, national origin, handicap, ago, Vietnam-eraveteran status, or disability as that term is defuted in the AmericanwithDisabitities Act The LPA shail onsure that applicants are hired and that employees are treated during employment withaut regard to their race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap, a.ge, Vietnam-era veteran status, ar ciisability. Such action shall include, but nat be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment advertising; layoff or teimination; rates af pay or ather forms af compensation; and selection for training including apprenticeship. The LPA agrees to post in conspicuous places availabte to employees an.d applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause, and in all solicitations ar advcrtisements for emgloyees ptaced by it, state that aIl qualificd applicants shall receive consideration fnr employment without regard to race, religian, color, sex, sexual orientation, n.ational origin, handicap, age, Vietnam-era veteran status or disability. The LPA shatl incorporate this nondiscrimination requirement within all of its con#racts for an.y of the wark on Ehe PROJECT (other than subcontracts for standard commercial supplies or raw materials) and shall require all of its contractors ta incarporate such requirements ia all subcontracts for any part of sUCh PROTECT work.
