<br />DRAFT ' EXHIBIT A <br />Ordinance 2002-40 <br />EXHIBIT "A" TO THE <br />MASTER COLLOCATION SUBLEASE AGREEMENT <br />Site Lease Acknowledgment <br />This Site Lease Acknowledgement ("SLA") is made and entered into as of this day <br />of , 2002 by and between AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., a <br />Delaware corporation hereinafter designated as "Landlord" and SprinfiCom, Inc., a <br />Kansas corporation and any Authorized Tenant identified below, hereinafter designated <br />as "Tenant", pursuant and subject to that certain Master Collocation Sublease Agreement <br />("Agreement") dated as of , 200 . Unless otherwise defined <br />herein, a11 capitalized terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. <br />Subject to the terms of the applicable Ground Lease, Landlord subleases to <br />Tenant a portion of the Site located in the City of North Olmsted, the County of <br />Cuyahoga, and the State of Ohio, more particularly described as a twenty (20') by <br />sixteen (lb') arem containing approximately 320 squaze feet situated at 3000 <br />Clague Road. Together with the non-exclusive right for ingress and egress, on <br />foot or motor yehicle, including trucks, and for the installation and maintenance <br />af utility wires, poles, cables, conduits and pipes over, under or along a an <br />appraximate thirty (30)' wide right-of-way extending from the nearest public <br />right-of-way, Clague Road to the Premises, the Premises and right-of-way for <br />access being substantiafly as described herein in Attachment "1" to this SLA <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2.
