The professiona.l design services to be provided are <br />described in the attached documents that comprrse this Request for Proposal. <br />This Request for Froposal provides the instructions for preparing and submitting a <br />proposal as well as the proposal evalua.tion procedures and criteria to be used in the <br />selection of the Design Professional firm for the Project. This Request for Proposal also <br />indicates the principal contractual terms tha.t the City of North Olmsted proposes to <br />govern the relationship between it and the Design Professionat firm. <br />Any questions concerning this Request far Proposal should be directed to Service <br />Director Mr. Ray Thomas. The City of North Olmsted will determine whether any <br />addenda shouid be issued as a resuh of any questions or other matters. Mr. Thomas is the <br />sole contact on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with respect to this Request for <br />Proposal. All inquiries by candidates must be directed, in writing, to him. Proposers may <br />not visit any buildings or sites without the consent of Mr. Thomas or his representative. <br />The City of North Olmsted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the <br />principai contractual terms, as well as the scope of the actual professional design services <br />to be completed.
