Pump Stations Influent Control Gates Page 2 of 6 <br />INFORMATION FOR PROPOSERS <br />In submitting its proposal, the Proposer understands there are certain prerequisites and <br />minimum conditions that will govern the design professional services and acknowledges <br />its acceptance and agreement to those conditions by the act of submitting a Proposal. <br />1. DEFIPTITIONS <br />A. The "RFP" is this Request for Proposal and any written addendum issued by <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />B. The "Project" is described in Appendix A to the RFP. <br />C. The "Owner" is the City of North Olmsted. <br />D. The "Design Professional" is the firm retained by the Owner to perform the <br />scope of services described in APPENDIX B of this RFP. <br />E. The "Proposer" is any firm submitting a proposal in response to this RFP. <br />F. The "Scape of Services" are described in APPENDIX B of tlvs RFP and are <br />the services to be provided to the Owner by the successful Proposer. <br />G. The "Proposai" is the submittal by any Proposer in response to this RFP. <br />H. The "Total Proposed Cost" is the TOTAL PROPOSED COST FOR <br />DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES contained in a Proposal developed <br />by a Proposer uszng the format contained in APPENDIX D of this RFP. <br />1. The "Project Cost" is the cost for the Project negotiated by the successful <br />Proposer and the Owner based on the Scope of Services described in <br />APPENDIX B of this RFP and the TOTAL PROPOSED COST FOR <br />DESIGN PROFESSIflNAL SERVICES contained in the Proposal developed <br />by the successful Proposer using the format contained in APPENDIX D of <br />this RFP. <br />J. The ".Agreement" is the terms, the conditions and the Project Cost in the <br />standard agreement form developed by the City of North Olmsted for use in <br />contracting with the Design Professiana.l selected by the City in response to <br />this RFP. <br />U.
