The Proposer's demonstration of its ability to perform the requested <br />services based on narratives contained in the RFP, particularly: <br />a. Demonstrated ability to convert existing record drawings to <br />electronic drawings using a version of AutoCADO compatible with <br />the Version 12 software owned by the City; <br />b. Demonstrated ability to modify existing sanitary sewers and wet well <br />structures in order to a11ow for the mounting of downward closing <br />gates; <br />c. Demonstrated ability to meet project schedules; and <br />d. The Total Proposed Cost submitted by the Proposer in its Proposal to <br />complete the Scope of Services in APPENDIX B of this RFP. <br />VIII. REJECTION OF PROPOSALS <br />The City of North Olmsted, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right <br />to reject any, part of any, or all proposals, to waive informality in any proposals, <br />and to hold all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days before acceptance. The <br />design professional firms whose proposals are not accepted will be notified after a <br />binding contractual agreement between the Owner and a Design Professional Firm <br />exists or ifthe Owner reject all proposals. <br />IX. ORAL PRESENTATIONS <br />An oral presentation by one or more of the Proposers may be requested after the <br />Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. Each Proposer should be <br />prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the proposal submitted. The <br />receipt of a copy of this RFP by a firm and a submission of a written proposal by <br />the firm does not constitute an obligation of the Owner to grant andJor conduct an <br />oral presentation to each and every Proposer. <br />X. MODIFICATION OF CRTTERIA, PROCEDURE, AND TERMS <br />This RFP sets forth the intent of the Owner as to the procedure and criteria by <br />which the (Name of the type o fl firm will be selected and what will be the terms of <br />the Agreement between the Owner and the successful Proposer. Except as required <br />by statute, the Owner reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this <br />procedure and criteria by which the design professional firm will be selected and <br />the terms of the Agreement up to the execution of an Agreement.
