Please refer to Section VII - Subsection F for the specific requirements <br />for which the Proposer should use to document its qualifications since the specific <br />requirements will be used by the City of North Olmsted as the selection criteria in <br />evaluating the received Proposais. Please refer to Appendix B for the dnties of the <br />successful Proposer. Please refer to Appendix C for the task and subtask <br />requirements for presenting the proposed design professional services level of <br />effort. Please refer to Appendix D for the required format to be used by a Proposer <br />in presenting the estimated cost of each task and subtask for the design professional <br />services and the TOTAL PROPOSED COST FOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES that will be used by the Owner in negotiating the "not to exceed" cost <br />to will be included in Agreement between the successful Proposer and the Owner. <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the Owner aze to be prepared at the Proposer's <br />expense. <br />B. Any assu.mptions made by the Prapaser in preparing the proposal must be <br />listed separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The Owner does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no <br />liability whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the <br />Proposer and the Owner. Any proposal will not be binding on the Owner <br />unless and until an Agreement covering all conditions and provisions of the <br />Design Professional Services has been reduced to writing, executed by both <br />the successful Proposer and the Owner and attachment of the appropriate <br />certificates. <br />F. Along with the other criteria contained in the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio as set forth in APPENDIX E of this RFP, the <br />following criteria will be used to select the successful Proposer: <br />1. Understanding of the Project based on narratives contained in the RFP. <br />2. Experience of the Proposer to perform design professional services with <br />similar projects ha.ving comparable facilities based upon the size and <br />nature of the similar project. <br />3. Experience of personnel who aze to be assigned to the Project by the <br />Proposer as evidenced in resumes attached to its proposal and, if <br />completed by the City, post-proposal interviews. <br />4. Experience with other projects of the City of North Olmsted.
