Wage 15.914 16.391 16.883 Per Hour (including part-time personnel SECTION 15: That all pay ranges and amounts established witl be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis. SECTION 16: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, with the exception of those holding Elected or Director posibons, Police Chief and Fire Chief listed in this Ordinance will be paid time and one-hatf of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any ane day; and time and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays and Holidays provided they have worked at least forty (40) hours in any one work week. SECTION 17: That atl full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance having complsted five (5) years of full- time service as an employee of the city shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of their tenth (10th) year of full-time service after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until complefion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full-time service, such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary; until after the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter, they shall receive seven percent (7°r6) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. 5of6
