a. Names and addresses of 3 thermai conductivity tests that the <br />Contractor has worked on during the past 3 years. <br />1.5 EQUIPMENT <br />A. All equipment furnished to compfete the work shali be in good operating condition <br />and capable of safely and efficientiy performing the work required in a timely <br />fashion. Provide qualified operafing personnei for the operation of this <br />equipment. <br />B. Furnish and install (af the Contractor's own expense), all fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, <br />grease, cable, repair parts, inc(uding worn or broken tools, and all other suppfies, <br />bits and parts or personnel necessary far the efficient operation of each piece of <br />equipment. <br />1.6 PERM(TS, I.AWS AND REGULATIONS <br />A. Compiy with ali laws, ordinances, rules, orders, and regulations refating to the <br />performance of the work, the protection of property, the maintaining of surface <br />passageways to buildings, fences, an/or other facifities. <br />B. All applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, municipal ordinances, and <br />the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall <br />appfy to the Contractor throughout and they shall be deemed to be included in <br />the Contract as a part, therefore, tne same as though herein written out in ful(. <br />C. A!I regufations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act are in effect on this <br />Contract. Be aware of all appropriate County, State and Federal regulations that <br />apply to this Contract. <br />D. Any violafions incurred from improper execution of the above shall be paid by fhe <br />Contractor. Loss of time on the project from such violations will not be tolerated. <br />1.7 WATER SUPPLY <br />A. Supply potable water as necessary to perform the work. The equipment will <br />include pumps, water trucks or trailers, storage tanks and all other items <br />necessary to provide an adequafe supply of potable water. The potable water <br />source shall be subject to the approval af the Engineer. <br />1.8 WARRANTY <br />A. Manufacturer's Warranty: Minimum 25-year warranty for polyethylene piping. <br />-2-
