<br />Resolution No. 2002-75 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 4: That certified copies of this Resolution be forwarded by the Clerk <br />of Council to the Honorable Bob Taft, Governor of the State of Ohio, to Congressman <br />Dennis Kucinich and to the Ohio Bicentennial Commission. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so that <br />the flag of the State of Ohio be flown from the flagpoles of North Olmsted City Hall and <br />other City buildings, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passa.ge <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?-00 2 First Readinf <br />Second Read <br />Third Readin <br />Committee: <br />ATTYST: <br />' jz,-ri-eL <br />BARBARA L.
