4.1.2 Provide a11 criteria and information as to the CITY' S requirements for the <br />PROJECT, including design objectives and constraints and budgetary <br />limitations. <br />4.1.3 Furnish copies of a11 design and construction standards, which the CITY <br />will require to be included in the PROJECT. <br />4.1.4 Provide a11 available data and information in the possession of the CITY <br />relevant to the design and construction of the PROJECT. TIlVIE SCHEDULE <br />5.1 Unless otherwise directed by the CITY, the CONTRACTOR shall <br />commence the performance of the Section 1. Basic Work of the Contractor upon <br />execution of this Agreement by both parties that sha11 constitute Authorization to Proceed. <br />5.2 Time is of the essence in this Agreement for the basic services of the <br />PROJECT Services required to be performed. <br />5.2 The CONTRACTOR recognizes that the services under this Agreement are <br />to be performed as expeditiously as practical. The CONTRACTOR shall make every <br />reasonable effort to substantially complete the Section 1. Basic Work of the Contractor <br />within the time set forth in Exhibit III, Time Schedule, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />5.3 The Phase I Work will be substantially completed on or before <br />(Insert Date), and completed and ready for final payment in <br />3
