Ordinance No. 2008-160 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary far the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that the legislation become immediately effective so that the <br />Administration may address 2009 budget constraints, if necessary, by staffing adjustments, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in farce immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />, <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: bk? <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading?• % 61 't- <br />Committee: -•?-? ? c ?? ? <br />ATTEST: <br />BARBARA L.
