Ordinance No. 2008-144 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the salary to be paid to the Director of Law for the term commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2013, shall be as follows: Effective January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 -$54,990 Effective January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 -$54,990 Effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 -$54,990 Effective January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 -$54,990 SECTION 2: That in addition to the salary specified in Section 1 hereof, the City of North Olmsted shall provide Health Care coverage in an amount and to the extent that such coverage is provided to non-bargaining unit administrative employees. SECTION 3: That the compensation as specified in Section 1 and 2 hereof are being established only for the purpose of complying with the Charter requirements as outlined in Article IV, Section 6, and in no way affect any of the other provisions of any ordinance relating to the organizational chart of either administrative or legislative officers. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is herebv declared to be an emergencv measure immediatelv necessarv for the ureservation of the public health, safetv and welfare, and further for the reason that it is necessarv that this Ordinance 2o into effect immediatelv to complv with Charter time requirements; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediatelv upon its passage and approval bv the Mavor.
