Ordinance No. 2008-144 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the salary to be paid to the Director of Law for the term <br />commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2013, shall be as follows: <br />Effective January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 -$54,990 <br />Effective January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 -$54,990 <br />Effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 -$54,990 <br />Effective January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 -$54,990 <br />SECTION 2: That in addition to the salary specified in Section 1 hereof, the City <br />of North Olmsted shall provide Health Care coverage in an amount and to the extent that <br />such coverage is provided to non-bargaining unit administrative employees. <br />SECTION 3: That the compensation as specified in Section 1 and 2 hereof are <br />being established only for the purpose of complying with the Charter requirements as <br />outlined in Article IV, Section 6, and in no way affect any of the other provisions of any <br />ordinance relating to the organizational chart of either administrative or legislative <br />officers. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is herebv declared to be an emergencv <br />measure immediatelv necessarv for the ureservation of the public health, safetv and <br />welfare, and further for the reason that it is necessarv that this Ordinance 2o into <br />effect immediatelv to complv with Charter time requirements; and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediatelv upon its passage and approval bv the Mavor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara L.
