Resolution No. 2008-103 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution immediately go into effect to maximize <br />the protection of North Olmsted and surrounding communities from terrorist attacks and other <br />incidents that have the potential to cause great property damage and loss of life at Cleveland <br />Hopkins airport as well as other public facilities in this area, and further provided that it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />;- <br />A 7TT.- <br />,? <br />.,- ? <br />Z <br />ARBARA L.
