Resolution No. 2008-101 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to accept the said grant, if <br />awarded, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted and to execute a contract with the Ohio Bureau <br />of Workers Compensation in the form of the agreement attached to this Resolution as Exhibit B, <br />and that the Director of Human Resources be, and she hereby is, authorized to execute all other <br />non-contract documents necessary to effectuate receipt of the grant. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further for <br />the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately in order because <br />available grant funds from the BWC may be exhausted within the next 30 days, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />, <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: z- e-?- <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST.• <br />;BARBARA L.
