? <br />Resolution No. 2008-11 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately <br />so that the repair or replacement of the filter, which is necessary for the outdoor pool to be used, <br />may be effected prior to the beginning of the outdoor swimming season for the general public, <br />and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />, <br />, <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading.• ? ;1?7?
