(7) Sporting goods and athletic equipment; (8) Sheet metal components, heating and ventilation ductwork, gutters and downspouts; and (9) Plumbing supplies. (d) Nonmetal Production. Nonmetal production includes: (1) Clothing, garment manufacturing and other textile products; (2) Pharmaceutical products; (3) Manufacture and fabrication of plastic products, extrusion, moulding and fabrication of panels, sheets, tubes and rods; and (4) Ceramics, pottery, dishware, figurines and tile from clay and the enameling of pottery ware or metals. (e) Services Sales and Storage Establishments. Services, sales and storage establishments are limited to: (1) Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet cleaning; (2) Repair of household appliances and goods produced by manufacturing and assembly processes permitted above; (3) Food, confection and drug preparation; (4) Bottling plants and creameries; (5) Cold storage and food locker plants; (6) Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, dyeing, rug cleaning, janitorial and maintenance services; (7) Parcel delivery establishments; (8) Monument works; (9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings; (10) Public storage establishments; (11) Dog and/or cat kennels. Buildings primarily used for the boarding of dogs andJor cats for a fee; provided, however, that animal noise and odor must be effectively confined to any such building so used; that no part of any building so used may be located within 700 feet from any dwelling in the City; and that the total number of animals within any building or buildings so used may not exceed fifty per acre of parcel upon which said building or buildings are located; and (12) Recvcling facilities and recvclini! collection centers provided all operations, storage and other business activities must be conducted comuletelv indoors ther-e-shall be-ne-s#eFseP-s€eni '",;'`' • ( fl Similar Uses. Any Limited Industry-Industrial Park District use not listed above may be permitted upon approval of the Planning and Design Commission provided that: (1) An interpretation that the proposed use is similar to the permitted use has first been obtained from the Board of Zoning Appeals; (2) Such use is not listed in any other classification of permitted buildings or uses, and is more appropriate to and conforms more closely to the basic characteristics of Limited Industry-Industrial Park District uses than to any other classification; and
