<br />Ordinance No. 2008-18 <br />WHEREAS, on the ` ( . <br />day of by formal motion, the Planning <br />and Design Commission (recommended)(did not recommend) the adoption of this amendment to <br />the Zoning Map; and <br />WHEREAS, following publication of newspaper notice and notice to the record title <br />holders of real property located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the property proposed to be <br />rezoned, a public hearing was held, in conformance with the provisions of Section 14 of Article <br />IV of the Charter and Section 1127.03 of the Zoning Code, on the day of <br />2008; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Zoning Map of the City of North Olmsted is hereby amended, <br />and, as amended, shall depict and state that the zoning of the following described parcel of land <br />located at 5764 Stearns Road and known as Permanent Parcel Number 234-20-049 has been <br />changed from One Family Residence District use to General Retail Business District use. A true <br />and accurate copy of the legal description of said parcel and a map depicting the location of the <br />said parcel at or near the southwest corner of Stearns Road and Lorain Road are attached to this <br />Ordinance as, respectively, Exhibits "A" and "B." <br />SECTION 2: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zoning <br />Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zoning Map will disclose that <br />the zoning classification of the parcel of land described in Section 1 hereof has been changed <br />from One Family Residence District use to General Retail Business District use, and that said <br />parcel of land may be hereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the <br />regulations provided for in the General Retail Business District of the City pursuant to the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted as such provisions may <br />be from time to time amended. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />?t <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: s a ?' <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />2 <br />
