Ordinance No. 2008-36 SECTION l: That the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and, as amended, shall depict and state that the zoning of Permanent Parcel No. 233-11-012, located at 29690 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be, in their entirety zoned for general retail business district use. A true and accurate copy of the legal description for said parcels, as well as a map depicting the parcels, is attached to this Ordinance as, respectively, Exhibits "A" and "B." SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zone Map will disclose that the zoning classification of the said rear (north) portion of parcel of land described in Section 1 hereof has been changed from B residence single family district to general retail business district, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the regulations provided in the General Retail Business District of the City pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted as they may be from time to time amended.
